Novak Remodeling has been in business for 3 1/2 years when Bill Novak started his own business in the St Louis Metro area.

In 2017 Mr. Novak decided he had grown sufficiently to begin to bid for more small scale jobs and potentially larger scale jobs. He decided to partner with Brandyn Routt, the owner of B & D Pest Solutions and established Novak Home Services. Brandyn handles the business side of the company and Bill is the lead contractor. Together they decided to continue to focus on residential services but also to target the office and commercial segment for maintenance, repair, and remodeling.

Our goal is to help our clients with everything from the small tasks they just can’t get to or don’t have the “know how” to complete to achieving their complete vision for their home or business.

Bill has 31 years experience in the construction industry working for construction/remodeling companies as well as taking side jobs and working for himself.
